**Higher Education Minister Establishes Committee to Standardize European Grading Scales**

Dr. Adel Al-Adwani, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has announced the formation of a committee to standardize grading scales and academic averages for degrees from European study abroad programs.

The committee will evaluate current grading standards and create a unified system for academic evaluation across European institutions. 

Minister Al-Adwani indicated that the committee will produce a report with findings, recommendations, and a draft plan for the unified grading system, to be submitted within three months.
