Kuwait's Ambassador to Washington Stresses Importance of Amplifying Youth Voices "to Restore Our Shared Humanity" Amid Gaza Events

Kuwait's Ambassador to the United States, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, highlighted the critical need to amplify youth voices "to restore our shared humanity" in light of what she described as "unprecedented violence" affecting their counterparts in Gaza.

She made these remarks during an event hosted by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Washington on Sunday evening, attended by Dr. Hassan Al-Ibrahim, Chairman of the Kuwaiti-American Foundation (KAF), and Vice President Fawzi Al-Sultan. The event honored 54 students selected as Peace Ambassadors for 2024 from a pool of over 77,000 participants nationwide.

Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah emphasized that "violence disregards religion, nationality, and borders," condemning "injustice faced by youth..."
