This commendation was made during a press release on Monday, following Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Sabah’s attendance at a Chinese Embassy event marking the 97th anniversary of the People’s Liberation Army. The celebration, held on Sunday, included participation from Kuwait as part of its tradition of engaging with the national events of allied countries. The invitation was extended by Chinese Ambassador Zhang Jinawei and Military Attaché Xie Yuelai.
